This workshop is aimed for growers, packhouses, business owners, Operations Managers, HR Managers, Safety Managers in horticulture organisations.
By the end of this workshop, participants will have an understanding of the principles and evolution of Safety II, and the role regulatory bodies such as WorkSafe and the Institute of Directors play in supporting this approach. Participants will explore contemporary critical risk management practices, gain insight into Safety II frameworks and reporting structures, and develop greater cultural competency to effectively work with RSE teams.
